• Apple and pear orchardists who have changed their planted acreage (removals or new planting) since the 2009 assessment should contact Program staff.  Staff will visit the property to measure the change through use of GPS.  The status of the orchard as of February 1 each year will form the basis of the parcel tax assessment for that year.
